We carry many products in our office that are designed to limit loud noise exposure. We have earplugs that cut up to 25 dB of loud noises.

These are ideal for protecting good hearing! If you’re looking for something that is custom-made for your ears then of course we can order them from one of our ear mold manufacturers.

From television headsets to amplified telephones, we offer a broad variety of Assistive Listening Devices, or ALD’s. Assistive Listening Devices are lower-cost alternatives that offer help in limited or specific situations. These can either be used alone or they can be combined with hearing aids to provide a truly customized hearing solution.

Our most popular Assistive Listening Device is the Sennheiser TV headset, which allows a person with hearing impairment to watch the television at an audible volume without compromising comfortable volume for friends and loved ones.

Many ALD manufacturers also make weather alert systems for those with hearing impairments. These are the weather alert radios with increased audio amplification and visual or tactile cue attachments, such as strobe lights or bed shakers.

In Oklahoma, we know how important it is to have advanced warning in severe weather situations. For those with hearing impairments, an amplified weather alert radio with a strobe light may be the difference between making it to shelter in time and being caught in the storm.

Many hearing aid manufacturers and other companies have designed accessories meant to be used with hearing aids to maximize the effectiveness of amplification. Some of these are wireless television transmitters, BlueTooth connectivity kits, and FM systems.

All of these devices and Assistive Listening Devices are useful in some way for taking the performance of hearing technology to the next level. Some, such as those made by hearing aid manufacturers, only work with a certain brand of hearing aid. Furthermore others work with hearing aids that have telecoils.
